Willpower Protocol Privacy Policy

This privacy policy applies to the Willpower Protocol app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Enes Çetin (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

The Application is designed to operate completely offline and prioritize your privacy. It does not collect, log, or transmit any personal information, browsing history, or usage data to external servers.

All data generated within the Application—including your habits, WP points, 10-level progression status, heatmap grids, and self-reflection journal entries—is stored exclusively and locally on your device using an SQLite database.

The Application does not contain any advertisements and does not use Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to process your data externally.

To ensure standard performance and stability, the Application may utilize basic system features provided by:

• Google Play Services (Required for the essential operation of the app on Android devices and to facilitate app updates)

Third Party Access

Since the Application does not collect or transmit personal data, the Service Provider does not share, sell, or disclose any information to third-party organizations. The Application operates as a self-contained unit on your device.

Opt-Out Rights

You can easily stop all data processing and permanently delete your locally stored data by uninstalling the Application from your device or clearing the Application's data via your mobile device settings.

Data Retention Policy

The Service Provider does not retain any User Provided data on external servers. All of your data remains solely on your device for as long as you have the Application installed. Once you uninstall the app, your SQLite database and all associated progress will be permanently deleted from the device.

Children

Since the Application does not collect any personal information or use tracking mechanisms, it is safe for all age groups, including children under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit or process any data from children.

Security

The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. Your data remains strictly on your personal device. The Application relies on the standard encryption and security methods provided by your device's operating system to protect the local SQLite database from unauthorized access.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
